**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with experienced crew members on commercial and residential projects, including lawn care, landscaping, line painting, and crack‑and‑patch repairs.
- Safely operate and maintain light and medium equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers).
- Assist with site preparation, clean‑up, and organization of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting under senior employee guidance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards, contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Adapt to varied weather conditions and early start times with a flexible, reliable attitude.
- Support commercial snow removal operations during winter months (additional training provided).

- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to master advanced equipment operation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to and from our home shop.
- Physically fit and capable of handling extended hours, heavy lifting, and outdoor work.
- Exceptional reliability, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
- Previous outdoor labor, landscaping, oilfield, or snow removal experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
