**Richmond Hill Toyota** is currently looking for a full time _**Service Greeter**:_

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a strong, positive first impression of the dealership by presenting a professional appearance and an efficient, cordial, business-like presence.
- Meet/greet every customer entering the service drive thru
- Maintain a customer rotation schedule and introduce every customer to a service advisor according to the rotation schedule
- Input and maintain Traffic as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager
- Greeting all customers in the service drivethru
- Service reception relief as needed; answering calls and assisting with administrative duties

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years customer service/sales experience required.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multitask
- Confident and driven individual with great communication skills
- Quick learner
- Positive personality and enjoys speaking with customers
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Hospitality experience would be an asset
- Dealership experience a strong asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing with the market

**Working hours/Pay**:

- Monday
- Friday 7:00 am
- 4:00 pm
- Hourly wage + monthly bonus based on CSI results.
