Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring product delivery. Tasks involve market research, relationship building, and sales strategy execution. Job duties include but not limited to:

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and technical support
- Track and report on sales performance using CRM software
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and promote products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance
- Generating new leads/business
- Other jobs as assigned

This position requires team members with the following key attributes:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven sales experience in the building materials industry
- Adaptability
- Ability to organize
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From $55,000 annually plus commission

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday

Work Location: Within Alberta, Edmonton, Elk Point

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
