As an equal opportunity employer, Asinikahtamwak LP is looking to hire a Salesperson to drive revenue by selling building materials to clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring product delivery. Tasks involve market research, relationship building, and sales strategy execution. Job duties include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and technical support
- Track and report on sales performance using CRM software
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and promote products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance
- Generating new leads/business
- Other jobs as assigned
This position requires team members with the following key attributes:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven sales experience in the building materials industry
- Adaptability
- Ability to organize
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From $55,000 annually plus commission
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday
