New Build Solutions is a premier construction company in Ottawa, specializing in high-quality exterior and residential construction projects. We’re seeking a skilled **Siding Installation Specialist** to join our crew and grow with our fast-paced team.

We’re looking for an experienced Siding Installer to deliver top-notch siding installations for residential and commercial builds. You’ll work under our experienced foreman, with strong opportunities for career advancement within New Build Solutions, especially for those proficient with a siding brake.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install siding (vinyl, aluminium, fibre cement, wood) to industry standards.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, professional finish, using tools like a siding brake when required.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and levelling.
- Work closely with the crew and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a safe, organised work site and adhere to safety protocols.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and building codes.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of professional siding installation experience.
- Proficiency with siding brakes is a major plus and can lead to faster career growth.
- Skilled with various siding materials.
- Knowledge of construction tools, techniques, and safety practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Siding installation certification is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
- Comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops.
- Stamina for repetitive tasks.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
