**South Trail Kia is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their team of Professionals**

The Delivery Coordinator ensures a high level of service so that every customer drives away with a sense of elevated ownership. They handle the entire delivery process, which includes educating customers so they are well acquainted will all vehicle personalization features. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle’s accessories and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the pre-delivery process has been properly performed and that the vehicle is ready for the client
- Personalize vehicle delivery to the customer’s needs by demonstrating the features of the vehicle and assist with set-up if necessary
- Update weekly all inbound vehicle books/manuals to vehicles on order and status
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Issue purchase orders for various vendors

**Requirements**:

- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Maintain a professional appearance
- A warm, friendly, and out-going personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- The desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Excellent MS Office, computer, and Social Networking skills
