South Trail Chrysler is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their team

The Delivery Coordinator ensures a high level of service so that every customer drives away with an elevated ownership experience. Will handle the entire delivery process which includes educating customers so they are well acquainted will all vehicle personalization features. As a Delivery Coordinator you will commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle’s accessories and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures pre-delivery has been properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the client.
- Personalizes vehicle delivery to the customer’s needs by demonstrating the features of the vehicle and assist with set-up if necessary.
- Update weekly all inbound vehicle books/manuals to vehicles on order and status.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Issue purchase orders for various vendors

**Requirements**:

- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Warm, friendly, and out-going personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- The ability effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- MS Office / Internet / Tech-savvy / Social Networking / Computer proficient
