GHHS is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unregulated Care Provider for a Retirement home facility in Oshawa.

As an **Unregulated Care Provider (UCP)** you will be responsible to provide direct personal care and other high-quality services to the residents in accordance with their health care needs.

**All positions within GHHS require**:

- Minimum 9 months experience working in a long term care setting is required
- Successful completion of the Personal Service Worker (PSW) certificate program
- Pharmacology or Medication Administration Certification is required
- COVID passport with QR showing at least 2 doses of the vaccine is required
- Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months is required
- Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- Current N95 and CPR certificates
