Resurface Group specializes in premium rubber and stone resurfacing systems for driveways, patios, walkways, and more. We work on both residential and commercial projects across Western Canada. Our work is fast-paced, physical, and hands-on, and we’re growing fast.

**Overview**:
We’re looking for a hard-working labourer to join our prep and install team. This isn’t a typical landscaping job. You won’t be planting trees or trimming hedges — you’ll be digging, hauling, prepping, and helping with surface installs. This is a full time season position, with the potential for a permanent placing.

**Duties**:

- Site Prep & Demolition: Remove old surfaces, grass, and debris
- Base Construction: Spread and level gravel or permeable bases, compacting and prepping for overlay
- Material Handling: Load/unload rubber, stone, and tools from trucks and trailers
- Jobsite Clean-Up: Ensure work areas are safe and tidy
- Install Assistance: Work directly with the install crew during rubber and resin-stone installations
- Support Tasks: Help crews stay efficient and on schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in landscaping, concrete prep, or construction preferred
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50-75 lbs regularly
- Good attitude, team player, and dependable
- Willing to work long days outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Must be able to show up on time, every day
