We are currently looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our fast-growing SaaS Big Data Company as a **Director of Marketing**. If you are passionate about marketing and demand generation and have experience managing and leading marketing teams with a track record of delivering double-digit revenue increases over the past four years then we want to hear from you
**You will be responsible for the following in this role**:
- Execute a marketing strategy to meet company goals and sharpen our competitive positioning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Drive demand and lead generation activities to support revenue growth and performance metrics
- Oversee the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**You will demonstrate these skills and experiences**:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Director or Manager (Real Estate or SaaS marketing experience is a plus)
- Proven experience (2+ years) in trade show strategizing and management, sales event planning or related roles.
- Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity with prior companies
- Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies
- First-hand experience with demand generation and development of all marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent data fluency
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A deep understanding of modern marketing practices and a strong point of view on aesthetics and brand
- Experience and ability to manage agencies and vendors is required
**Benefits**:

Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
