**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pricing analysis across product lines to identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to refine pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and sales to set pricing for new products and promotions.
- Monitor pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Provide insights into price elasticity, competitive positioning, and product performance.
- Work with sales and customer support teams to understand pricing challenges and develop solutions.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and guidelines.

**Competencies and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis or similar roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate pricing strategies and insights effectively across teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Strong aptitude in teamworking, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
