What We Need

We are looking for an FPS Partner
- Project Support who will play a critical part in supporting Element’s profitable growth through the timely completion of high-quality credit underwriting and portfolio management duties.

As the Fleet Partnership Services (FPS) Partner you will build and maintain relationships with our customers and provide ongoing day to day account support, recommending cost saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of their fleet. You will also contribute to the client’s ability to achieve their company goals, as well as to Element Fleet’s attainment of account retention and growth objectives.

A Day in the Life- Support discussions with clients and FPS Partners on parameter setup for new CA Mastercard

Participate in client meetings to talk about the new card

Liaise with the sales and fuel team ongoing- Provide status updates on progress to completion on assigned tasks- Keep team informed of new information via multiple communication channels- Track and monitor issues from clients and provide resolution via a centralized communication method- Create process documentation as needed for the FPS team to manage client questions after launch (Service Cloud Policy, Client OneNote, FPS OneNote etc)

**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent required- BS or BA in business or related field highly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered- 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environmentWhat’s in it for You
