**THE ROLE**:
An integral member of the FP&A team, the FP&A Analyst is a permanent full-time position reporting into the Director, FP&A. The FP&A team is responsible for providing senior management and executives with timely, fact-based, data-driven decision support and analysis they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The FP&A team drives annual planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, internal financial reporting, and financial and analytical tools to make Invafresh predictable.
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:?**
- Performs quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
- Builds and manages financial databases by collecting, organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
- Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
- Builds and maintains budgets, financial models, forecasts and analysis
- Builds and maintains a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance
- Create compelling presentations, documents and other forms of communication that are well written, visually appealing, and persuasive.
- Creating market analyses, pricing analyses and other special projects.
- Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required

- You are comfortable presenting your findings (online and in person) and collaborating with both financial and non-financial team members
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS (Specific Hard Skills, Certifications, and Experience)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Economics or relevant degree. Progression to a relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
- Financial Modeling: Be able to understand and update financial models that follow industry best practices
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Business Partnership: Consistent track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business decisions.
- Data Analysis: A passion for understanding business questions and making data driven insights. Excellent analytical skills.
- Communication: Ability to present financial data concisely using detailed reports and charts and through written and oral communication.
