**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Markham, ON, for an Order Processor. The Order Processor is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment. This role ensures orders are processed in a timely manner, pricing and terms are correct, and all required documentation is complete. The position supports sales, operations, and finance by maintaining clean order data and resolving order-related issues. The role involves maintaining an organized workspace and collaborating closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in order processing, sales operations, or administrative support
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop preferred
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adhere to safety standards

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, and shipping terms
- Enter and maintain orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to confirm order details and availability
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies, backorders, or delays
- Prepare and distribute order confirmations to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and approval thresholds
- Maintain organized records of orders, amendments, and supporting documentation
- Support invoicing and revenue recognition by ensuring orders are complete and accurate
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to order status and documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
