We’re not a high-volume spa—we’re a calm, client-centered space with a grounded approach to wellness and a growing team dedicated to thoughtful, meaningful service.
We’re currently looking for a **Studio Assistant** to join us 2 days per week in a behind-the-scenes role supporting the daily rhythm of the studio.
About the Role
This position is _not_ client-facing or treatment-based—but for the right fit, there may be future opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
**Responsibilities**:
Studio Organization & Inventory
- Restock treatment rooms and common areas
- Weekly supply and inventory checks (retail, linens, back bar)
- Maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming studio space
- Deep-clean studio tools (e.g., steamers, towel cabby)
Admin Support
- Check and organize inbox and client communications
- Prep client follow-up notes and reminders for team
- Organize product labels and shipping materials
- Upload blogs, newsletters, or service updates (based on templates)
Marketing & Event Prep (Light Support)
- Format and upload pre-designed social media content
- Print and prep promotional signage or product info
- Support seasonal product or service events (behind the scenes)
You’ll Thrive in This Role If:

- You have experience or interest in wellness, skincare, or client care
- You’re comfortable working independently and alongside others

- Experience in spa, wellness, beauty retail, or administrative roles

Schedule
**2 set shifts/week (3 hours each to start)**:
