**Responsibilities**:- Set up and operate coating equipment, including spray guns, electrostatic guns, and dip tanks.- Mix and adjust coating materials, including paints, resins, and additives, according to established formulas.-
- Ensure even coverage, thickness, and consistency of coatings for uniform and visually appealing finishes.- Monitor and adjust coating parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and drying times, as required.

**Quality Control and Inspection**:
- Perform visual inspections of coated products to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections.- Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.- Implement corrective actions for coating-related issues to achieve desired quality outcomes.- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve coating-related quality concerns.- Document and maintain accurate records of coating processes, parameters, and inspection results.

**Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with various coating materials, paints, resins, and additives.- Previous experience as a Coating Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is a strong asset.-
- Understanding of surface preparation techniques, masking, and curing processes.- Ability to interpret and follow coating specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.- Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.**HOURS OF WORK**:
Full-time Day Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM
