**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Cleaning and preparing metal parts for powder coating
- Loading and unloading the powder coating racks
- Baking parts in the powder coating oven
- Removing and palettizing finished parts after they have been powder coated
- Conducting quality inspections on powder coated parts
- Operating a forklift and moving parts around the facility
- Performing preventative maintenance and cleaning on powder coating equipment
- Adhering to all Evolution Wheel Safety standards and policies
- Forklift Operator Certificate
- Ability to lift 50 - 70 lbs
- Powder Coating experience
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Highly motivated and able to achieve goals and tasks determined by management

**Additional Job Information**
- Employees will be required to provide their own steel toe boots and wear them at all times. All other PPE for this position will be provided by Evolution Wheel.
- A driver’s licence is not a requirement for this position; however, employees will need to arrive at work on time.

**About Us**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- powder coating: 2 years (preferred)
