**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining treatment procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Perform sterilization of instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area in compliance with health regulations.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with orthodontic procedures and provide support in pediatric dentistry as needed.
- Utilize CAD technology for creating dental models when applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
- Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, or as a dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Dental Assisting or relevant qualifications preferred.
