**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for the store.
- Monitor inventory control processes to minimize losses and ensure stock availability.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe shopping environment.
- Foster a positive work culture through effective team management and communication.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training practices.
- Experience in payroll management, bookkeeping, inventory management, and retail math.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams in a retail setting.
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and sales management principles.
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
