**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage all store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Create a positive and engaging store environment that reflects our brand values.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including social media content and community events.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Passion for outdoor activities, particularly snowboarding, skiing, and camping.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising.
- Marketing experience, including social media and promotional strategies.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
