**Total Fund Management Department**
The Total Fund Management (“TFM”) department focuses on management of total fund activities across all investment horizons that will have a dynamic and direct impact on the Fund’s overall performance. It is responsible for the successful implementation of the Fund’s investment framework. These activities are focused primarily on the Strategic Portfolio, our long-term vision for the intended investment portfolio composition five or more years into the future. TFM also works with the active Investment Departments to effectively characterize and allocate to active investment strategies, with the aim of delivering the Strategic Portfolio over time. TFM also works on the total Fund daily investment cycle, including all the processes, systems, and data needed to structure the investment portfolio in response to the on-going flow of cash and exposures into and out of the Fund. TFM also performs centralized trading to manage execution risk across all public assets (excluding credit) and markets on behalf of all investment departments. TFM consists of six groups: Active Investment Management; Applied Research and Models; Exposure, Leverage and Liquidity Management; Portfolio Design & Construction; Strategy & Operations; and Trading.
**Strategy & Operations**
The Strategy & Operations (S&O) group is responsible for supporting the CIO and TFM Leadership in delivering against the CIO mandate, department vision and strategy. S&O also supports the CIO in various capacities including special strategic projects related to the investment framework and management of Board and Management investment committees. S&O provides stewardship and support over the implementation of the investment framework and helps manage key internal and external relationships - acting as the liaison for TFM to the rest of the Fund.
**Job Description**:
We are presently recruiting for a **Manager of Stakeholder Engagement** to join the S&O team in the Total Fund Management department. Reporting to the S&O Managing Director (S&O-MD), the Manager of Stakeholder Engagement will support a wide range of activities, broadly classified into four areas: (1) Department Communications Strategy, (2) Department Communications Activities, (3) Culture Strategy and Activities and (4) Team Leadership.
**Role-Specific Accountabilities**:
- ** Department Communications Strategy**
- Lead the development and be accountable for the implementation of the department communications strategy including sub-strategies for major projects/activities (i.e., evolving our investment framework and capabilities, annual Strategic Allocation cycle etc.).
- Establish a network of internal (PAC) and external vendor contacts to engage with for support on various communications efforts including development of tools (e.g., special video support).

- Lead the execution of all department related communications for audiences across the department and Fund, including senior management and Board _(note this may include authoring, reviewing and/or proofing materials):_
