Support Project Controls Team with daily tasks, such as cost control, forecasting, change management, procurement, scheduling, etc.
- Review and update project/portfolio information in the corporate project management software - P2M.
- Conduct analysis, reviews and recommendations on project data and information.
- Participate in internal team meetings, reviews and presentations.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, Economic, or Finance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated team player and the ability to work independently.
- Success in this position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information.
- Strong communication skills to be able to interact with staff, inquire and collect information from various sources.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
