Our team is inspired to create and deliver extraordinary experiences for the people who visit and use the Park and Zoo including building friendly, supportive, effective relationships with stakeholders, community and the general public.

**The Opportunity**:
APC is seeking energetic and friendly Support Staff members for our busy Park Café restaurant. Reporting to the Manager Park Café, the Support Staff / Host will be the first point of contact and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will work collaboratively with the entire team providing support to the servers and kitchen staff. This position is part time (up to 40 hours per week). We offer a flexible work schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays. Shifts are all daytime hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-year professional restaurant host experience preferred.
- Food Handling Certification would be an asset and an understanding of food ingredients and preparation methods.
- Experience in a fast-paced, food service environment an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues or complaints.

**Wage range**:$15.45 per hour, plus tips
