From suites and concessions, to high-profile events, we are passionate about delivering the most memorable food and beverage experiences for our partners and guests. **Job Summary**: **How you will make an impact**: Reporting to the General Manager Gather, the Support Staff works diligently to ensure our guests receive quality service and have a wonderful experience that exceeds their expectations each time they visit Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar. Support Staff will provide warm, and caring service, and exhibit deep "ownership" of the restaurant and its unique mission. **As a Support Staff F&B, you will**: - Be the first point of contact for guests over the phone. - They will cheerfully greet guests, manage reservations, take guests to their table, and provide them with a menu. - Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting; promptly and consistently reset all service ware as instructed - Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments; wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary - Serve guests beverages, bread and butter and replenishes as necessary; assist servers with food and beverage service - Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area - Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor - Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply - Perform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands - Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests **About you**: - Previous work experience or training is an asset - Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment - Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor - Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance - Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
