PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have a working knowledge of ERP system (Acumatica).
- Process shipments through ERP system (Acumatica).
- Print UPC labels, Box labels, and shipping labels, for all outbound orders.
- Understand and use appropriate box size for packing requirements.
- Pull and pack outbound orders.
- Understand and prioritize shipments.
- Understand how to process the orders for different service providers (FedEx Ground, FedEx Economy, Canada Post, UPS, etc.).
- Manage and fulfill lager orders
- Process US pallet orders and paperwork
- Process Prior Notices of all US and international orders.
- Review and confirm local deliveries with matching invoice.
- Support delivery driver to ensure deliveries are loaded according to manifest.
- Understand the inventory levels and inform Shipping & Receiving manager when inventory needs to be re-ordered.
- Receive all incoming shipments through the “BAY”, ensuring products match packing slip.
- Double check incoming shipments are in good condition and notify the internal project owner.
- Perform monthly inventory counts
- Keep clean and safe working environments.
- Assist where help is needed in the warehouse.
- Perform end of day lock-up procedures including delivery truck.
- Drive the delivery truck in and out of the bay.

*Other duties and special projects may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Fork-life Certification is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License is an asset.
- First-Aid Certification is an asset.
- One year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work well on a team.
- Ability to see a project through from beginning to end while demonstrating the ability to both multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Have a positive outlook and be able to effectively receive and communicate feedback.
- Team player
- Attention to detail, able to present digestible information effectively.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Casual
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.43 per hour
