Brampton, Canada Master Mechanic Heartlake Full time

Our busy service centre is in search of a shop assistant (entry level apprentice), to help our technicians, as well as work on vehicles on their own after training has completed. With the potential to become a registered apprentice with our service centre

**Requirements**:

- Moving, lifting & install tires around the shop
- Maintain cleanliness of the service centre
- Perform Basic Oil services & tire services & other tasks designated by Service Technicians& Service Manager
- Report & assist all technicians in the service center

**Required Skills**:
Some previous experience/knowledge in the automotive trade preferred (but not required)
- Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned
- Willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities on a daily basis
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong sense or organization and work flow prioritization
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to +50 lbs
- Must be available to work full-time, 5 days a week
- Training and Career advancement possible
- Basic computer skills

Must have good verbal and written communication skills; able to read and write English.

Must have valid driver’s license & CLEAN driver's abstract

**Salary**: Based on experience

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
