We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Overnight Housekeeping/Houseperson** to support the cleanliness and readiness of guest areas and public spaces during overnight hours. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff by maintaining hotel standards during non-peak hours.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform overnight cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other assigned areas, following established procedures and standards.
- Replenish supplies in public areas (e.g., restrooms, lobby amenities) and ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout the shift.
- Respond to overnight service requests and room calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist with linen transportation, garbage removal, and general tidiness of laundry rooms, storage spaces, and staff areas.
- Handle deep-cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled or assigned.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual activity to the supervisor or security team.
- Ensure the safe handling, storage, and return of hotel equipment, supplies, and keys.
- Properly log and turn in any lost and found items according to hotel policy.
- Coordinate with front desk and security to support guest requests and ensure smooth overnight operations.
- Support early morning room readiness for arriving guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitorial closets and housekeeping carts throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and brand standards while performing assigned tasks.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- **Previous housekeeping or houseperson experience is mandatory.**:

- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to respond calmly and professionally during overnight situations.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-friendly attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and security protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (required)
