The Student, Graphic Design - Consumer Marketing directly reports to the Graphic Design Lead and will assist in the production of visually compelling designs for our digital and physical product launches that resonate with our target audience. The Student, Graphic Design will have the opportunity to develop their skills in graphic design, gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, and contribute creative ideas to support our brand initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by producing graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign themes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and innovative ideas for visual content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors' designs, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Support the team in various design tasks, such as photo editing, layout design, and creating visual assets for presentations.
- Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy in design elements.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback, make revisions, and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on graphic design software, tools, and techniques to enhance your skills and productivity.

**Education and Experience**:

- Previous Internship Experience
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Tool.
- Experience in Retail (good to have)
- French and/or English and strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in creative retouching, compositing and image manipulation
- Can manage multiple jobs reliably and accurately with attention to details
- Knows how to work with sense of urgency
- Advanced knowledge in Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, InDesign
- Experience in Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC a plus
- Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Cloud apps is a plus

**What we offer**:

- Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr
- ** 3-month contractual position **with possibility of extension or part-time (ideal for students)
- ** Full-time position**: 7 hours per day + a lunch break from Monday to Friday with flexible schedule program
- ** Hybrid policy**: 1 day per week working from home
- ** Location**:Saint-Léonard, Montréal.
