**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed while following safety protocols.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience preferred, particularly in a server role within the food industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about menu items and upselling techniques.
