**About the job**
Direct and oversee matters related to seed supply analytical support, sales and operational reporting and various aspects of financial administration, including support for financial budget and forecast planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain product pricing and margin models.
- Complete customer sales analysis reports along with other year-end financial reporting for all related areas
- Assists in completion and development of quarterly budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze month end sales/operational reporting against actual and budget. Investigate variances and report to NA Controller.
- Maintain holding order analyses with respect to purchases
- Maintain analyses of third-party purchases and documentation
- Develop reporting packages of analyses activities
- Develop position reporting including pre-production analysis and raw material source requirements tracking; maintain and distribute report to various operational managers at prescribed times.
- Maintain monthly inventory aging and obsolescence reports
- Develop and maintain the 3-year position report for DLF Canada and develop the estimated crop planting plan for the third year to be authorized by the board, along with DLF head office yield estimates and M Plan reporting
- Maintains Master Data Inventory item control
- Analyze and complete year-end inventory obsolescence provision for DLF Canada
- Complete annual Stats Canada survey and Canadian Market Share Analysis
- Second verification on cheques and EFT’s
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of accounting related analyst work experience
- Post-secondary education in accounting or business-related programs
- Excellent numerical, verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel & Word & Teams
- Navision software experience an asset
**Compensation and Benefits**:
