**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
- Product knowledge and care of trees, shrubs and plants
- Strong team player as well as independent worker
- Previous sales experience and product knowledge required
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Building a rapport with our customers, understanding their needs and providing the best service
- Merchandising skills and abilities
- Able to recommend proper care of products
- Attention to detail when identifying and tagging product
- Loading product as needed - ability to lift 50lbs
