Aquatic Supervisor

Summary: We are looking for experienced swim instructors to supervise swimming lessons.

Location: LA Fitness Whitby and Oshawa

Schedule: 1 - 3 evening lessons (Tuesday - Thursday) and one weekend lessons (Saturday or Sunday) up to 20 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Responsible to coordinate and run the swim program to meet the needs of each location
- Teach lessons when needed
- Work directly with the public and provide administrative functions
- Oversee instructors

**Qualifications**:

- High School completed
- Some post secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience
- Minimum 2 years experience supervising swimming lessons
- A valid drivers license
- NL and Standard First Aid CPR ‘C’ and AED qualification in good standing
- Competitive swimming or swim team background (preferred not mandatory)

Salary

$19 - $21 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Part-time hours: 16 - 24 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
