In this role the QC Coordinator would be responsible for working with the QC team to ensure all quality requirements are met.
- **Note: This is a hands on role in a high-rise building. Physical labour, walking up/down stairs and repetitive motion are required. **_

**Responsibilities**
- Work with management and QC team on the construction quality control plan.
- Work with QC Lead, Project Management and Superintendents to meet quality requirements established for the project.
- Monitor and work with trades to ensure they are providing proper installation records and other documentation.
- Work with QC Lead, Project Teams, Consultants etc. on project specific Construction Quality Control plans and ensure the plans are being followed.
- Work with the Project Management team to confirm requirements to the quality control documents deliverables are being met.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure QC checklists and inspection plans are implemented
- Conduct periodic inspections and reviews to verify the work is proceeding as per the contract documents and approved QC plans
- Work with the Site Superintendent on closing out QC items that require further action.
- Monitor the construction progress for quality assurance, reporting on the status of inspection activities and closeout non-conformance issues.
- Report and document areas of concern and troubleshoot with the management team
- Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure all deficiencies in workmanship or materials is rectified prior to the advancement of other activities.
- On a frequent basis complete field observations and issue field observation reports for the applicable subcontractors review and action to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all inspection reports are documented, filed, and submitted as required.
- Ensure as-built documentation is collected, reviewed and are a complete documentation of work performed.
- Assist in repairs & site work as needed
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Construction field experience or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years quality management or similar experience in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Procore ideal but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
