Under the supervision of the Accounts Receivable-Commercial team leader, the position holder is responsible for recording and maintaining customer data as well as responding to various requests related to accounts receivable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the PCI compliance and payment centralization project.
- Process credit card payment requests (Moneris online vault).
- Enter and maintain data related to customer accounts (opening new accounts and making changes to existing accounts).
- Perform support tasks for the accounts receivable and credit department (sending copy of invoice, responding to various customer requests).
- Work in collaboration with collection technicians and team leaders for any specific requests and other tasks related to the department.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College diploma or vocational diploma in administration or accounting.
Experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good sense of organization and teamwork.
- Ability to handle a large volume, prioritize tasks, and follow up.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Attention to detail, rigor, autonomy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of AS400 an asset.
Language Criteria:
- Bilingualism (French and English).
