Custom Cubes is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled individual to support r in coordinating design and production activities, managing project documentation, and communicating directly with clients. This role blends construction coordination with drafting expertise and requires strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between design and production teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project documentation using Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring version control, metadata tagging, and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, clarify requirements, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Create construction drawings from scratch using SketchUp, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SketchUp or similar drafting/layout software.
- Strong command of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to create construction drawings from scratch.
- Understanding of stamped/sealed drawings and building code requirements.
- Familiarity with constructability and building processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
- Aptitude for calculating time and material costs.

**Organizational & Analytical Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing documentation and project components.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple streams of work.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting construction-related issues.

**Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Ability to coordinate between internal teams (design, production, etc.).
- Professional and clear client communication.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

**Experience & Education**:

- Experience in a similar role within a trade or construction environment.
- Background in construction coordination or drafting.
- Post-secondary education in construction technology, drafting, or a related field is a requirement.
