Project Manager Job Description:

- Determine & understand the project requirements
- Independently leads the management process of multiple and concurrent construction projects with limited guidance through prioritizing project activities and exercising influence over project team
- Responsible for drawing reviews and approvals at various stages from preliminary, permit to tender drawings and documents
- Ensure that all team members at IPS understand the scope of the project and their responsibilities
- Determine the resources require to complete the project
- Prepare and update preliminary, construction and project completion schedules starting from the pre-construction stage to the completion of the project
- Visits job sites with the client, building relationships and ensuring the project is moving along on target and issues and problems in the field are being resolved.

**Salary**: $49,834.81-$128,997.73 per year
