**Customer Care Specialist**

We are looking for mature, customer-centric, enthusiastic Customer Care Specialists to help maintain and grow our service business.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Supporting 2 dealerships, this position is responsible for:

- Focusing on Customer Retention and Business Development
- Receiving inbound service appointment calls

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional service to each and every customer
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented; great follow up

**Assets will include**:

- Experience with Reynolds (Ignite), Dealermine (CRM)
- Experience performing inbound/outbound sales or service calls
- Excellent telephone demeanor - ability to engage the customer
- At least 1-3 years customer-service experience
