**Job Overview **The Project Manager role plays an integral part of the Quest Audio Visual team. The Project Manager is involved from the quoting process through planning, execution and event closing. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of all assigned events. You will also be required to review and approve quotations by ensuring all necessary equipment and costs are on the order. You will also be responsible for completing show reports for each event.
**Duties and Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)**
- Assist Account Managers with concept creation of client events as required
- Assist Account Managers with the preparation of quotes and work orders from both a technical and labor requirement perspective.
- Produce and prepare all event documentation including but not limited to the creation of floor plans, production schedules, event sheets, etc.
- Involvement with crew assignment as well as, organize and conduct meetings for assigned events as required
- Responsible for all aspects and logistics of assigned events, including, but not limited to, on-site staff supervision, meeting deadlines and upholding company standards
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including client, Quest technicians, suppliers, sub-contractors and venue personnel
- Efficient execution of events with control on costs and respect of established budgets
- Create and maintain comprehensive pre and post project documentation, plans and report
- Preform site inspection
- Asses power requirements and order additional power when needed.
- Manage and coordinate audio visual projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for audio visual projects
- Oversee the setup and installation of audio visual equipment onsite
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to clients and internal teams
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
**Qualifications**
- Must have effective communication and management skills
- In depth understanding of professional audio-visual equipment
- In Depth understanding of live production
- Collaborative approach and flexibility to handle changes to schedules and situations
- Demonstrate initiative by taking on tasks and responsibilities beyond the job description
- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or vector works
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management tools
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:

Work Location: In person
