Interior Design Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist developing design concepts and presentations.
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with team members to produce design documentation, including floor plans, and elevations.
- Capability to create 3D Renderings an asset, but not required
- Conduct research on materials and products
- Assist with sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings as needed, but most of the work is from home.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Completed Education in Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCad
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software an asset, but not required
- Familiarity with fashion design principles and trends
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
