Our client in **Etobicoke** is looking for a **female Purchasing Coordinator** to join their team in the **fashion/design industry**. This is a **temp-to-perm** position with a competitive **salary range of $50,000 to $65,000**, depending on experience. **Benefits are offered after 3 months** of successful employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and suppliers
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Source materials/products that align with design and client needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales/design) to meet project timelines
- Provide general administrative support related to purchasing
- **Fluent in English** with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and people-focused personality
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor coordination is an asset
- Interest or background in **fashion, design, or interior décor** is strongly preferred
