You will join a team of remarkable colleagues who are committed and passionate about creating and delivering leading edge solutions for the retail market. You will be part of an exciting growth journey where we will do everything possible to help you reach and exceed your career dreams. Our colleagues have access to industry leading training and development opportunities, and the chance to work in a global, diverse culture with offices in 13 countries. We have years of deep retail DNA, Aptos has been a market-leading platform that drives the world's largest retailers' product, promotion, commerce and merchandising decisions across online and brick-and-mortar operations. The opportunity at Aptos has never been greater, as we transition our solutions to cloud-native, microservices architecture. More than 135,000 retail locations impact nearly $2.5 trillion in annual revenue across fashion, grocery, drug, convenience, general merchandise, discount and sporting goods stores optimized with Aptos' solutions. We hope you'll be a part of taking to market the frontrunner in Unified Commerce.

As Analyst Corporate Finance reporting to the Manager Corporate Finance, you'll be responsible for the

global variable compensation which encompasses all forms of bonus and commission expense at Aptos

across all of our entities. Preparation of master schedules, monthly journal entries, balance sheet

reconciliations, preparation of monthly statements, and payment notification to the various payroll

managers will be the major focus of your month-end tasks. Computing deferred commission according to US GAAP guidance is also another important aspect of the role. Of course, these are only the main tasks, but year-end financial statement preparation, statutory preparation of accounts, accounting research, and assisting the finance team with the audit are all other aspects that we will have you assist us with.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a role that requires advanced excel skills, attention to detail, timely execution of statements and payments, and good communication skills when interacting with many colleagues across Aptos concerning compensation. Aptos is growing so assisting in streamlining and improving reporting and consolidation processes is another project that will entail attention to detail and understanding of how finance automation can add significant value and reduce close activities. Aptos finance is always looking to do things smarter and faster, so if you want to be part of a team that loves to collaborate and innovate, apply
