**About the Role**:
As an **Event Catering Supervisor**, you'll be the onsite point of contact ensuring smooth, professional execution of each event. You'll lead teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold our standard of service that keeps our clients coming back.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support event staff teams of 2-20+ people
- Load and unload catering trucks safely and efficiently
- Oversee event setup and teardown (tables, service stations, décor, etc.)
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and venue staff
- Solve problems on the fly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Represent the Seventh Heaven brand with professionalism and polish

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in event catering or hospitality leadership
- Able to work in a variety of settings - from private homes to major venues
- Strong, reliable, and physically able to lift and carry event equipment
- Comfortable with independent decision-making and team leadership
- Flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid **G driver's license** and catering truck experience is a strong asset

**Dress Code**:
Professional black attire: black dress pants, black long-sleeve dress shirt, black tie, black socks and black non-slip shoes.
