Associate Program Manager Intern

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Participate with Account teams on client related strategic planning efforts to help drive net new logos and share of wallet
- Assist with Salesforce (CRM) hygiene and adoption as primary sales-tracking tool by Sales team
- Participate in identifying Salesforce best practices and education.
- Participate in business development and marketing initiates to capture net new logos around Cloud, SD-Wan, and UCaaS
- Co-ordinate with OnX partners on go to market plans and track execution

Special Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication is required
- Basic Telephony knowledge
- Excellent customer contact, interpersonal and service skills
- Strong organization skills; focus on attention to detail and follow-up
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Knowledge of CBTS/OnX ordering and billing systems highly desirable
- Proficient skills in MS-Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in busy and flexible environment
- Ability to work with a high level of independence
- Excellent time management and critical problem-solving skills

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent in Business, Arts or Technology is essential
