Spa Coordinator

Severine Spa is currently looking for motivated and talented Spa Coordinators for our brand new spa, located within the Delta Hotel.
Spa Coordinators will be the face of the spa and provide excellent customer service, product knowledge and information on services and treatments. You will be coordinating guest booking needs and answering questions about the spa, treatment menu and facilities. We are a brand new spa, currently still under construction and creating a team of like-minded individuals who have a passion for customer service and value a healthy lifestyle. We are looking for people who can bring their knowledge and enthusiasm for providing great service to the team.**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greets all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Confirm appointment details, and provide spa tours
- Provide excellent customer service
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused, with a friendly disposition
- Must have flexible schedule and be available on weekends
- Other tasks assigned
- Assist with retail sales and process payments
- Answer questions about the spa and its amenities and manage the spa schedule throughout the day
- Answering calls: referring inquiries and booking reservations, answer questions about the spa and its amenities
- Welcomes clients by greeting them and orienting them to the spa
- Offer guests beverage or light snack upon arrival
- Preparing proper forms for return/new clients
- Receive and input product orders
- Must be well groomed, and adhere to the spa dress-code policy
- Maintain the cleanliness of the spa’s guest-facing areas, including the reception area, treatment rooms, and lounge areas; when needed
Education & Experience:

- Previous experience with a spa booking software an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm, friendly, calm, and caring nature
- Flexibility to work combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A guest-focused attitude which contributes to memorable guest experiences
