We are looking for someone to build connections with our guests, by understanding and exceeding their expectations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and service inquiries.
- Schedule and manage spa appointments, ensuring efficient booking and staff coordination.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage daily cash handling.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment.
- Monitor inventory levels for spa products and assist with ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold spa policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including promoting spa services and special offers.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling systems and basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
