Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Healthy Planet is looking for an experienced
**Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centra**l to join our growing family Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful developer will bring their passion for the IT world, have expert coding skills and can communicate to both the technical and functional parts of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.- Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.- Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes- Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture- Develops and manages project plans that encompass the complete project life cycle (project requirements, development, quality assurance, deployment, etc.).-
- Train users on new process Dynamics 365 Business Central /Dynamics NAV functionality.- Ability to document Fit-Gap requirements, estimate levels of effort, and prioritize based on need and complexity.- Manage individual budget and scope of work.- Develop data conversion and testing strategies.- Experience with the creation and implementation of Test Plans.- Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.- Formulating effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central clients.- Measures and monitors progress to ensure that a project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations- Resolves issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline- Guides the project along through daily communications with the customer- Participates in weekly status meetings (may be more) and sends status updates to the Project Manager

**Must Haves**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)- Microsoft Dynamics Navision: 4 years (required)- Microsoft Business Central: 4 years (required)- End to End ERP Implementation: 1 year (required)
- Is a team player, but also a self-starter that can take the initiative in both their project work and customer support work.- Is open-minded to exploring new implementation techniques, learning new implementation approaches and strives for continuous improvement.- Is located in the GTA or South Western Ontario.
