**Job Description** The opportunity**:
Are you a student currently pursuing studies in accounting, finance, or a related field and looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic professional environment?
Here’s your chance: a **temporary, part-time position** to accommodate your school schedule.
Reporting to the **Manager of Import Payables**, you will be part of the team responsible for the seamless management of all transactions and payments related to Imports.
As the **Import Payables Clerk,** you ensure payments to vendors are processed accurately and on time and through correct payment channels.
**What Will Your Tasks Look Like?**
- Generate various reports to ensure all invoices are accurately recorded for payment;
- Enter payment-related data;
- Prepare invoices for payment processing;
- Send payment details on a weekly basis.
**Qualifications** What Sets You Apart**:
- Working towards a college or university studies in accounting, finance, or commerce (or equivalent);
- Minimum 6 months relatable experience would be an asset;
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Available 2 to 3 days per week (Monday to Friday);
- On-site presence required on Mondays.
