What will you be doing?
- Lead with Love & Quality: Drive the principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love in our Bakery/Coffee Bar team.
- Be the 'Latte' of Leadership: Inspire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring they're always pouring the perfect shot of customer service.
- Stay 'Fresh' and Informed: Keep an eye on the latest industry trends, ensuring our coffee & baked goods stay top-notch.
- Mix & Mingle: Build solid relationships - with your team, store leadership, vendors, and especially our customers.
- Safety First Ensure our delicious goods are not just tasty, but also adhere to all Food Safety standards and team member safety is always prioritized.

Do you have the beans for this role?
- Coffee & Bakery Know-How: Knowledge about products, pricing, and that magical ingredient that makes our customers come back.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Your ability to inspire, teach, and lead your team should be as smooth as our espressos.
- Experience Matters: 12+ months in retail with a minimum 6+ months in team leadership. And yes, Pro-Serve certification is a must.

Each location is comprised of a full artisanal market experience, including full-service restaurant(s), where traditional artisanal craftsmanship and service on the front end meets new world technology and innovation on the back end. A revolutionary purchasing and org structure, supported by custom technology, allows us to leverage efficiency across the business unit to drive scratch perishable production, massive prepared foods selection, full carcass meat programs, and world class service in a cost-effective format. There is also a special place in our hearts for quality local and Canadian products and we aim to deliver positive change to the food chain through a focus on local sourcing and private label partnerships. We are currently laying the groundwork for a national chain focused initially on western Canada. Our first location is 48k square feet, and located in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
