Job Description: We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic team members to join our kitchen team as Ice Cream Makers. We have part-time, full time and seasonal positions available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ice cream base
- Make inclusions such as cakes, cookies, and variegates to be mixed into ice cream
- Operate ice cream machines and mix inclusions into ice cream according to recipe instructions
- Ensure quality control measures are followed to maintain consistent quality
- Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe production environment
- Keep accurate production records and maintain inventory of ingredients
- Collaborate with production team to maintain efficient production flow
- Participate in new flavor development and recipe testing

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude + excited about learning (most important)
- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant environment is a bonus
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Food safety certificate by an AHS approved course is a bonus (if you don’t have one, not to worry - we can help you obtain one)
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
