**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage FWSAR Quality Management System
- Lead the management review process
- Document control related to Joint Procedure Manual (JPM) procedures including revisions, naming, and numbering convention management
- Procedure development related to JPM and PAL FWSAR documentation
- Support FWSAR procedural optimization/automation
- Notification of JPM Procedure updates
- Manage AME authorization requirements
- Coordinate quality activities with Senior Director of Quality and Safety and the FWSAR SMM
- Perform quality review of required processes
- Provide audit support where required
- Research and review of processes
- Assist with internal and external communications
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Quality Management Certification/Experience essential (ISO 9001: 2015 and or AS9110 C)
- Experience of RCAF AF9000 QMS an asset
- Experience of DND “P” Series documentation an asset
- MS SharePoint experience
- Experience working on a large-scale project
- Familiarity with MRO facility requirements: Ground Support Equipment, Aircraft Maintenance Support Equipment, Support, Test, and Personal Protection Equipment and Consumables
- Practical experience of technical and commercial MRO activities considered an asset
- Familiarity with AME licensing requirements; AME License is considered an asset
- Experience working with OEM aircraft maintenance documentation
- Familiarity with Mobile Repair Party concept of operations
- Experience of working with DND considered an asset
- MS Power Apps Experience/aptitude considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and meet strict deadlines
- Familiar with MS Office suite including MS Project and MS Excel
