**Objectif du poste**:
**Fonctions et responsabilités**:

- Fournir un support technique de niveau expert pour les problèmes matériels et logiciels aux équipes internes et aux utilisateurs finaux par téléphone, courriel ou en personne.
- Supporter l'infrastructure réseau, y compris les routeurs, les commutateurs, les pares-feux et les configurations VPN. Effectuer des résolutions de problèmes et escalader les problèmes lorsque nécessaire.
- Effectuer régulièrement des mises à jour logicielles et matérielles, des correctifs et des audits de sécurité pour garantir que les systèmes sont à jour et sécurisés
- Installer, configurer et maintenir le matériel, y compris les ordinateurs de bureau, ordinateurs portables, imprimantes et périphériques.
- Assister à la création de comptes utilisateurs, à la réinitialisation des mots de passe, au contrôle d'accès et à d'autres tâches administratives au sein d'Active Directory ou de systèmes similaires.
- Tenir des dossiers précis des étapes de dépannage, des résolutions de problèmes et fournir des rapports détaillés sur les problèmes récurrents.
- Organiser des sessions de formation et fournir des ressources aux utilisateurs pour améliorer leur maîtrise technique et prévenir les futurs problèmes.

**Qualifications**:
**Savoir-faire**:

- Diplôme en sciences de l'alimentation/nutrition ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans les affaires réglementaires et la qualité de l'industrie alimentaire.
- Connaissance des réglementations actuelles de l'ACIA, du FSVP et de la FDA.
- Maîtrise de l'informatique (MS Office, SAP, logiciels nutritionnels tels que Nutrasoft, Genesis).
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication orale/écrite en français et en anglais.

- Normes élevées en termes de précision et d'attention aux détails.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement basé sur l'équipe.

**Objective**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations. Perform troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform software and hardware updates, patches, and security audits to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, access control, and other administrative tasks within Active Directory or similar systems.
- Keep accurate records of troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and provide detailed reports on recurring problems.
- Provide training sessions and resources for users to improve technical proficiency and help prevent future issues.
- Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure effective problems.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills**
- Minimum of 3-5 years in IT support or a similar technical role, with experience in manufacturing environments considered a strong asset
- Relevant IT certifications are preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users at all technical levels in English with having moderate knowledge of French.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
- Proficiency in windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarly with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Google workspace)
- Expertise in Active directory, group policy management, and user permissions.
- Experience with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and IT support management software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell)
